Step 1
Choose large blemish free sweet potatoes. Wash, peel, slice and cube them. Place in water and bring to boil. Boil approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Do not allow to become too soft or mushy! When done drain well. In large bowl place well drained sweet potatoes and begin to add all other ingredients. Stir gently and lightly. Do not break potatoes up. Place in serving dish and garnish if you desire. Enjoy!
