    Step 1

    For the rice: (Remember, no matter how much rice you are making rice is always a 2 to 1 ratio with water being the larger portion). In medium saucepan boil 4 cups water and when water is at full boil add 2 cups rice, salt, and cover with lid, turn fire down to simmer and let cook for 12 to 15 minutes. While rice is cooking make broccoli (6 cups broccoli to 1 cup water and boil for 10 minutes drain if necessary) add seasoning, cheeses, chicken and rice. Add in milk and remainder of cheese, stir and cook for 5 to 7 more minutes. Let stand covered for 10 minutes then serve and enjoy! Ms. Meso
