    Step 1

    Cube 4 cups of French Bread and set aside. Melt 2 sticks of butter in large boiler. Meanwhile, to the 3 cups of heavy cream add ¼ cups flour and whisk until smooth then add the 2 eggs to the mixture and mix very well until very smooth. Add 3 cups sugar and let come to boil, stirring regularly. Once thickened turn heat off and add in cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and vanilla flavoring. Pour hot mixture over bread, add walnuts, chocolate morsels, and marshmallows and mix thoroughly. If it seems too dry add in more heavy cream until able to stir. Place in 2 buttered loaf pans. Butter pan before placing in oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
