Meso's Walnut Mushroom Vegan Sandwich

shaved slices 2 Whole Carrots

2 tsp. Liquid Smoke

4 tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup

2 tsp. Olive Oil

2 tsp. soy sauce

Walnut Mushroom Meat

2 cups walnut

2 cups mushroom

2 tbsp. coconut or olive oil

1/8 tsp. salt

1 tsp. garlic

Sauce

1/4 cup VEGAN MAYO

2 tsp. SPICEY BROWN MUSTARD

1 tbsp. LEMON JUICE

1/2 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC

1/2 tsp, SALT

2 tbsp. SUGAR

20 flakes RED PEPPER FLAKE

1 tsp. LEMON JUICE

Kale Greens

4 cups kale

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. sugar

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. olive oil

few flakes red pepper flakes (optional)

Sandwich

5 Tortilla shell (large)

1 cup Quinoa

1/2 can rinsed and drained canned black beans

2 thawed & drained cups Frozen SWEET ROASTED CORN

carrot bacon

4 tbsp. Digestional Yeast (optional)

kale

1/2 julienned ENGLISH CUCUMBER (JULIENNE)

to taste VEGAN CHEESE

2 tsp. COCONUT OIL (to brown roll-up)
