    Mix together rice, beans, apples, raisins and all seasons. Season the Cornish hens and stuff them with the rice mixture. Rub oil on hens before putting in stuffing. Place into greased baking dish and bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
