Meso's Stuffed Cabbage

    Directions

    Wash and boil whole cabbage for 15 minutes. Brown and drain ground meat and set aside. Chop and sauté onions and pepper. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix together. Put spoon-fuls of mixture into each leave and roll together then place in pan seam side down. Pour on marinara sauce and sprinkle on cheese. Layer if necessary. Tent and cover dish with foil. Bake at 350 degrees in pre-heated oven for 60 to 90 minutes. Remove from oven, uncover and serve. ENJOY!

Ground Beef / Chuck or Round (browned) 1 cup Leftover Mashed Potatoes or Rice ¼ cup Cottage Cheese (small curd drained of water) 1 large chopped Onions ½ chopped Bell Pepper ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese 2 cup Marinara Sauce (or more if needed) 1 Egg 1 tbsp.
