Meso’s Easy Delicious Beef Pot Roast

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Use 1 medium to large size oven bag. Place 2 tbsp. flour into bag and shake whole bag while gathering and holding top of bag so as not to spill flour out. Interior of bag will be dusted with flour. Place beef inside bag and now begin to season beef. Add all other ingredients (onion soup mix, thyme, bay leaves, basil, red pepper flakes, garlic) ending with water. Twist and close bag with plastic tie that comes with bag. Punch a few holes in bag with fork to allow steam to escape the bag while cooking. Place in pre-heated oven and cook for 75 to 90 minutes.
