Meso’s Creeaamy Cheeeeesy Zucchini Potato Bake

Spray pan with non-stick spray then place zucchini in pan and spray top of zucchini with oil. Sprinkle with all seasoning and place in 350-degree oven for about 20 – 30 minutes. Brown ground beef, drain and set aside. Add oil to saucepan, then add flour. Wisk until creamy and smooth on medium heat. Add ground meat to gravy/sauce mix. Place gravy mixture in casserole dish, layer potatoes then more gravy and cheese. Layer on zucchini, gravy and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for approximately 40 – 45 minutes.
