Step 1
Thaw chitterlings and wash and clean them. Place cleaned chitterlings into slow cooker. Season and cook on high for 5 hours or until tender. Remove from pot to serving dish and garnish with hot sauce. Goes well with cole slaw, collard greens, candied yams and corn bread. Or can make a sandwich with hot sauce.
