    This peach cobbler is one of the best fruit pies in the land. The sweet spicy syrup inside is so good you'll want to just stick a straw in it and drink it.

    Step 1

    Let pie crusts come to room temperature. Then take them (2 at a time), knead together then roll out on floured surface. Lay into large aluminum pan. Mix flour and milk together until smooth and no lumps appear. Pour milk/flour mixture into peaches. Add all other ingredients to peaches. Heat the peaches. (if smaller pie is desired use only 2 pie crusts, 1 for bottom and 1 for top crusts). Knead together and roll out dough for top crust. Place on top of pie, tuck the edges, pour on melted butter and sprinkle with a light dusting of sugar and allspice. Bake in pre-heated 375 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes. Remove from oven let set for at least 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
