    MELT THE BUTTER AND BRUSH ONTO COOKING VESSEL. DIP BISCUITS INTO BUTTER, PLACE INTO PAN AND PRESS TOGETHER TO CLOSE GAPS. COMBINE BROWN SUGAR, VANILLA FLAVORING, SALT, NUTMEG, CINNAMON AND SPRINKLE ON BISCUITS. SPOON ON APPLE PIE FILLING AND SPREAD OUT. SPRINKLE ON TOP NUTMEG, CINNAMON AND 1 TBSP. WHITE SUGAR. THEN POUR ON REMAIDER OF BUTTER. PLACE IN 350 DEGREE PRE-HEATED OVEN AND BAKE 35 TO 45 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN LET COOL AND DRIZZLE ON THE ICING WHEN COOLED. COOKS WELL IN CAST IRON BUT ANY PAN WILL DO. BAKES @ 350 DEGREES IN PRE-HEATED OVEN.
