Brown ground beef in saucepan, scramble into small pieces. Season meat and cook until completely done. Assemble your chips onto serving dish and spoon meat over top. Conclusion
For cheese sauce ..... cut Velveeta into cubes and place into saucepan. Pour in the whipping cream or what ever milk type you decide to use. Keep sauce on medium stirring regularly until completely melted and smooth.
