French Vanilla Cream Cheese Pound Cake

    Step 1

    Cream together butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract for 3 to 5 minutes. Add eggs1 at a time. Mix together all dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Use lowest speed on mixer (or stir by hand). Spoon into greased and floured pound cake pan and bake for 90 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool on rack for 30 minutes then turn out onto cooling rack and let cool for 50 minutes more.
