Chocolate Frosting (Everything room temp and sifted)

    Step 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans or three 8-inch pans. Mix all ingredients together and beat with mixer for about 2 minutes. Batter will be very thin. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake in preheated 350 oven for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool on rack 10 - 20 minutes before turning out of pan onto rack. Then let cool out of pan for 60 minutes before frosting cake.

    Conclusion

    For FROSTING (Everything Room Temperature, Sift powdered sugar and Cocoa if needed) Add more milk if needed just a drop at a time so not to make it too runny.
